Glue head assembly

The glue head group is one of the important parts of injection molding. We offer a variety of plastic glue head groups. Various forms of products are developed and tailored to different plastics.

A) Ring type glue head group: the adhesive form of the reverse ring is straight and inclined, and the adhesive is sealed by the inertia movement of the reverse ring, which is generally used for ordinary injection molding to reduce wear during contact with the material pipe
B) Mixed rubber head group: strengthen the color mixing effect
C) Fork glue head group: mostly used for precision injection molding, and the injection glue termination is stable
D) Double alloy, stainless steel series rubber head group: wear resistance, corrosion resistance is good
E) Special structural formulas – such as ball valve mobile sealing, rotary sealing by parts rotation inertia and melting and thrust.
