Process parameters: The screw is made of high-quality 38CrMoAlA, which has been quenched and tempered with HV260-290. The surface is plasma welded with nickel based alloy, with an alloy thickness of ≥ 2 millimeters and a hardness of HRC58. After precision machining, it undergoes overall nitriding treatment, with a nitriding depth of 0.5-0.7 millimeters and a hardness of HV860-980. The metallographic structure is above level 2.

Application Scope

Suitable for extruding PVC pipes, profiles, sheets, and foam products.
Suitable for extrusion of PE wood plastic and PP corrugated pipes.
